This International Men’s Day, add the Wim Hof Method breathing exercise to your wellbeing toolkit.

Doing something as simple as modifying your breathing has a direct and profound impact on your physiology. The exercise is an effective tool to manage stress, improve sleep, and enhance general health & wellbeing.
Certified instructor Alexander Gabrysch will take you through breathing theory and practice, plus meditation.
When: Wednesday 15 November, 12pm to 1.30pm
Where: Law Society House, 4th floor
Duration: 90 minutes
It is recommended to practise Wim Hof breathing when your stomach is still empty, so save lunch until after the session. Mats and blankets will be provided, and you should wear warm comfortable clothes.
