Top Us Academic to Speak at Law Society Mediation Event
The Dispute Resolution Service of the Law Society is pleased to announce a talk on the US experience of mediation from distinguished Dispute Resolution academic Professor Jacqueline Nolan-Haley.
Professor Nolan-Haley of Fordham University, New York, has written and lectured extensively on the use and benefits of mediation in legal dispute resolution.
She has agreed to speak in Law Society House at 5.30pm on Tuesday 29 June 2010.
It is appreciated that this is short notice, however the opportunity to secure Professor Nolan-Haley as a speaker has only just arisen. If you are interested in attending please notify Kevin Delaney at the Law Society (Kevin.Delaney@lawsoc-ni.org).
There will be no charge for this event and the event will qualify for 1 hour CPD.
