In an increasingly competitive marketplace, the ability to build strong client relationships is vital. This practical course will identify the key skills required to win new clients, maintain existing client relationships and develop enduring client relationships.
Participants will develop a better knowledge of how to understand and communicate with potential and current clients. They will leave the course with practical tips and ideas to build confidence and skills when interacting with clients, thereby enhancing the client relationship.
Topics to be covered will include:
- Networking skills and positive first impressions;
- Understanding different client personalities;
- Communicating more effectively with clients;
- Reading body language;
- Adding value.
The course will be delivered by Wendy McCulla. Wendy studied Law before moving into people management roles both in the private sector and in several professional practices. Wendy now runs her own business - Aspire Learning & Development - and works with professionals and business executives to help them achieve their potential and implement positive change in their organisations.
