Presiding District Judge Fiona Bagnall speaks at Criminal Law Series

Over 70 solicitors were in attendance at an important CPD seminar aimed at those solicitors working in the area of Criminal Law in Northern Ireland.

The seminar was delivered by Presiding District Judge (Magistrates’ Court) Bagnall who was appointed to the bench in 2003. 

Topics discussed during her presentation were of particular relevance to criminal practitioners who appear regularly in the Magistrates’ Court.

She was introduced by Feargal MacElhatton of MacElhatton Solicitors, Belfast.
