President attends the Northern Ireland Institute of Insurers Dinner
The President of the Law Society of Northern Ireland, Suzanne Rice attended the annual dinner of the Northern Ireland Institute of Insurers at the Culloden Hotel on 11th January 2019.
The dinner was hosted by the Institutes President, Brian Caruth and the guest speaker for the evening was Solicitor Lizzie Colvin who reflected on the achievements of the Irish women’s hockey team World Cup success in 2018 and her views on what motivates a team to be successful.
The President’s attendance at the NIII annual dinner provided an opportunity to engage with colleagues and to discuss key themes with insurers and insurance brokers.
This included matters such as how to motivate and inspire the new generation of young professionals in the millennial era and the challenges facing both the legal and insurers professions.
The President intends to carry these themes forward in her year in office.
