This very practical session will explain why you should set charge-out rates and how setting rates and recording time will help your practice become more profitable. It includes a step-by step guide to setting charge-out rates for sole practitioners and also one for practices with principals and staff, ensuring overheads are covered, staff are paid and there is something left! The session will also cover the use of multiple rates and how rate setting in conjunction with a time recording system can help you identify the most profitable areas in your practice.
