This session will explore how the brain works so that we can better organise, prioritise and maximise our performance each day.

This in turn will reduce the sense of overwhelm and ‘busy brain’ stress. This course will take the latest neuroscientific

findings and translate them into practical and realistic tips showing delegates how to perform at their best consistently and still feel energised at the end of the work day.

The session will be delivered by Wendy McCulla of Aspire Learning & Development. Wendy is an accredited Executive Coach with the International Coach Federation and has over 15 years experience working with professionals to help them achieve their potential and implement positive change in their organisations.

Attendance at this seminar will fully cover the 2016 Client Care and Practice Management CPD requirement. Any additional Client Care and Practice Management hours gained can be carried over into the General Group Study section
