PRESENTS A SEMINAR ON

Reporting on Title and minimising risk

and

Business Tenancy problem areas

COST - £35 for members & £50 for non-members (NICPLA membership £15 p.a.)

This 3 hour seminar will cover a range of issues which are encountered in reporting on title and minimising risk and business tenancy problem areas.

Alan Riley is a Solicitor and Property Law Consultant who provides training information and consultancy services and property law matters to law firms and in-house lawyers. Formerly he was a commercial property solicitor in Eversheds, Manchester a senior lecturer at the College of in Chester and a property law consultant. He now presents seminars, contributes to legal journals, provides in-house training, professional sport and consultancy services to law firms.

The seminar will commence at 12.30pm with a sandwich lunch with the seminar to follow and finish at approximately 3.30pm. There will be a short interval in the seminar during which time the committee will conduct the AGM.
