New Podcast will celebrate International Women’s Day

To mark International Women’s Day on Wednesday 8th March 2023, the Law Society in Northern Ireland will be publishing a special podcast to discuss #embracequity and to celebrate women in the law.

The podcast will feature Paddy Kelly, former barrister and now Director of the Children’s Law Centre, Maria McCloskey, Director of The PILS Project: Public Interest Litigation Support, Ursula O’Hare, Director of the Law Centre NI and finally Katherine Macauley a practising solicitor with Joseph Magee and Co who specialises in family and criminal law.     

The podcast includes contributions and discussions on areas of interest including the contributors career journeys thus far, the challenges they faced, the opportunities they gained and their aspirations for the future.

Radio and TV presenter Sarah Travers is the host of the podcast.

The podcast will be available on International Women’s Day on Wednesday 8th March 2023 so save the date!
