Client Complaint can now be submitted online

A new online complaints portal has been launched this week to support clients seeking to make a complaint about their solicitor.

The portal, which has been launched by the Law Society of Northern Ireland, aims to provide clients with access to an online platform on which to submit their complaint.  

The launch of the new portal underscores the Society’s commitment to enhance accessibility to its complaint’s portals. 

Commenting the Head of Client Complaints, John Mackell said:

“The Law Society is delighted to be launching our new online complaints portal which we believe will further assist those clients seeking to make a complaint submission. 

We remain fully committed to making our complaints systems as accessible as possible and we hope to build on this work in the coming months with enhancements to the interactive and accessibility functionalities of our complaints systems”.
