New Facilities On Offer at Law Society House

As part of the services on offer at Law Society House members can now avail of the opportunity to use the suite of well equipped consultation rooms, the seminar room or Lecture Hall. The range of meeting and consultation rooms is already proving versatile. Given the proximity of rooms to each other, they can be used as simultaneous breakout and/or catering rooms. The Society has already hosted arbitrations, product demonstrations, book launches and consultations between solicitors, clients and Counsel.

Consulation Rooms

There are now three consultation rooms on offer on the fourth floor, each of varying size and named after Baronies in Northern Ireland. The Dunluce, Lecale and Liberties rooms are all available to members to use for a reasonable charge. In-house catering from O'Briens is available for all meetings.

DUNLUCE ROOM

The Dunluce room can comfortably seat up to 16 people and offers integrated IT facilities including Plasma screen for video-conferencing and onscreen presentations, conference call facilities, webcam and wi-fi. It provides members with the perfect and modern environment for private consultations or hosting of seminars.

The Liberties and Lecale rooms both offer consultation and meeting facilities for up to ten people. They provide the perfect environment for meetings with clients or colleagues in a private and modern environment.

LIBERTIES & LECALE ROOMS

Lecture Hall

The new Lecture hall situated on the fourth floor is a spacious and bright environment to hold seminars or events. It is a flexible space, which can be adapted to accommodate small lectures of up to 30 people, or expanded to provide accommodation for up to 120 attendees.  Integrated IT facilities ensure that those attending seminars can clearly see and hear the presentations being delivered. For those delivering the presentations they can avail of the touch screen presentational facilities and audio system to ensure their event is a success. Again your catering services are available from O'Briens. With the views of Victoria Street running onto Cave Hill in the distance the Lecture Hall is a premier city centre location for those wishing to host an event or seminar.
