Law Society launches 'Connecting with our Community'
The Law Society of Northern Ireland in partnership with Queens University, School of Modern Languages have launched 'Connecting with our Community', a pilot initiative to promote greater access to information about the solicitor profession and the invaluable services which they provide to the community.
The Society is delighted to announce the publication of 36 information leaflets on legal matters which have been translated by the students of Queens University, School of Modern Languages and Central Translations (N.I) Ltd into 9 languages including Chinese, Arabic and Portuguese.
The leaflets are available for download from the Society's publications section and will be available in hard copy format upon request from the Society or solicitor firms throughout Northern Ireland.
Connecting with our Community is a pilot initiative and the Society hopes to add to the suite of publications available along with a new engagement programme which seeks to promote the network of solicitor firms to every part of our community in the coming months.
