Solicitors from across Northern Ireland certainly hit the right note after raising over £2000 for the regional branch of the Alzheimer's Society. The solicitors who are all members of the Law Society PRO BONOs Choir helped raise the money as part of their last concert which was held at St Malachy's Church in Belfast City Centre. This is the second year that the part time choristers have used their concert to raise money towards local charities. The Choir which is just over a year old is now hoping to expand its repertoire and has already commenced rehearsals for its  first concert in June 2012 when they will be performing Vivaldi’s Gloria.

New members are always welcome and rehearsals take place at St George’s church hall, High St at 6.15 every Tuesday evening. The Choir are also looking for any members of the profession who play string/oboe/trumpet who would be interested in accompanying us at our performance.

Anyone who requires more information should contact Joe Rice at John J Rice Solicitors or Denise Strahan at Thompsons McClure Solicitors.
