Over 250 solicitors attended the dinner including those who had recently been admitted to the profession.

Speeches were delivered by the Society’s new President, Brian Archer, Naomi Long MLA, former Justice Minister  and  Robert Bellingham speaking on behalf of the newly admitted solicitors.

During his key note address the new President, welcomed the recently admitted solicitors to the Law Society of Northern Ireland, outlined his focus on Access to Justice for his Presidential year ahead.

He also took the opportunity to underscore the importance of legal aid to practitioners but also in providing access to justice for the most vulnerable and those in need within our community.
