QUB Team Wins the Client Consultation Competition 2018
The Law Society of Northern Ireland is delighted to announce that Abena Asuse - Poku and Doreen Awuah from Queens University Belfast have been announced as the winners of the Client Consultation Competition 2018.
Teams from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queens University and Ulster University at Magee and Jordanstown, battled it out to win the regional heat of the Client Consultation Competition.
The competition which has been successfully run by the Law Society over the last number of years provides law students and trainees with an opportunity to test their client communication and interview skills in scenarios judged by practising and former solicitors.
The winning QUB Team members will now proceed to the final of the Louis M. Brown and Forrest S. Mosten International Client Consultation Competition which will be hosted by Maastricht University, Netherlands between 11-14th April 2018.
