DESCRIPTION:

The Growing a Business Series is comprised of 5 sessions which have been designed to run sequentially and complement each other – however they can be undertaken on a stand alone basis.

The sessions will be delivered by Dave McClements, Partner, Core Consulting. Dave is a business consultant with 21 years experience in developing organisations and has worked with various sectors in the UK and Ireland. This has involved consulting on business strategy, marketing, sales, people development, operations and financial matters relating to business growth.

Completing all 5 sessions will fully cover the 2018 Client Care and Practice Management and General Group Study CPD requirement – delegates can claim 13 hours in total for attendance at all 5 sessions in the series. If all 5 sessions are booked together a discounted fee of £300 will be offered.

How to Grow a Business – The Overview

This workshop will look at “How to Grow a Business”. Delivered by a business growth consultant with experience of the legal and professional services sector, the session will highlight 10 practices that enable business growth. This will be presented in the context of the “Business Growth Cycle” which will detail the stages of the corporate life cycle.

This is an overview session of all of the business growth issues discussed during the series. These are addressed in more detail in the following 4 workshops. It is advised, although not compulsory, that delegates attend this overview session before electing to attend the sub sessions.
