Fake Law Society Email circulating
Members are reporting receiving emails purporting to come from the Law Society thesupportcentre@lawsociety.org.uk
1. The emails are from fraudsters /scammers NOT the Law Society!
2. The emails are purporting to come from the Law Society of England and Wales not the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
3. The scammers are attempting to get members to click and download a Trojan buried in a hyperlink.
4. If you receive an email as shown delete it immediately, tell staff and don't click on the hyperlink.
