Experienced Litigation Secretary - Personal Injury – Full Time

(Belfast, Competitive Salary)


Francis Hanna & Co Solicitors are seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary to work in our busy litigation department.

Working on a variety of diverse personal injury matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, the successful candidate will be a motivated individual who can both work on their own initiative and within a team. In order to be considered for the role, as a minimum, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

·         Be a legal secretary with at least 5 years’ experience of working within a legal firm

·         Possess some previous personal injury experience.

·         Be able to assist with managing a busy caseload and work on own initiative.

·         Be able to manage a busy Court diary

·         Be highly organised and capable of working in a busy and fast paced environment.

Candidates with additional experience and qualifications in IT and office management are highly desirable.
