Dealing with digital assets on both incapacity and death is now an important part of estate planning for solicitors. This seminar gives an overview of the current law on digital assets and provides some practical guidance on how to navigate this relatively new area of practice.

The seminar will be of benefit to all solicitors who deal with private client and the administration of estates work. It will be delivered by Andrew Kirkpatrick, Assistant Secretary, Law Society of Northern Ireland.
