Brian J McMullin Solicitors Incorporating VP McMullin (Ballyshannon) is a long established practice and we are currently recruiting a full time Dispute Resolution /Litigation Solicitor to join our expanding team. The firm represents a wide range of Corporate, Public Body and private clients throughout Ireland from its bases in Dublin and the Northwest.
The successful candidate should have at least 6 years post qualification experience (ROI or NI) in Dispute Resolution / Litigation and/or in Arbitration and/or in Mediation. Experience in dealing with land disputes whilst not essential will be an advantage. The successful candidate must be entitled to practice in ROI by having their name entered on the roll of Solicitors in Ireland if they have not done so previously. The position will involve practicing in Ireland and knowledge and experience of the law, practice and procedure in Ireland will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong track record in resolving disputes through lawyer-to-lawyer negotiation and/or mediation. The candidate should also have good legal drafting skills and experience. The position will allow for a significant element of remote working with an option of flexible family friendly working hours. The successful candidate will be required to attend our offices on a weekly basis but again with a degree of flexibility. This position represents an excellent opportunity for the right person and will involve a very interesting workload.
The salary on offer will be commensurate with the Candidate's experience and expertise.
