This series of events is aimed at those solicitors working in the area of Criminal Law.
The sessions will be delivered by Presiding District Judge (Magistrates’ Court) Bagnall.
Judge Bagnall was appointed to the bench in 2003 and became Presiding District Judge (MC) in April 2006. Since that time she has sat in Belfast dealing mostly with criminal cases.
Topics have been selected which are of particular relevance to criminal practitioners who appear regularly in the Magistrates’ Court.
They are areas that require particular attention by advocates.
The experience and direction of the Judge will greatly enhance the knowledge of those attending.
