DESCRIPTION:
As part of the feedback from the Client Complaints Committee on issues which arise, a series of seminars has been organised to address different areas of costs. These seminars will provide an overview of specific areas of costs and explain the statutory provisions and relevant case law.
The seminars will be delivered by Paul Kerr, Costs Drawer. Each session will run independently and will last for 3 hours. The seminars will also allow for a Q & A session - questions should be submitted to the Society in advance of the seminar.

Non Contentious Costs Friday 24 February 2017
Party and Party Costs Friday 7 April 2017
Attendance at one of these seminars will fully cover the 2017 Client Care and Practice Management CPD requirement. Any additional Client Care and Practice Management hours gained can be carried over into the General Group Study section.
