Coronavirus Act 2020 Legislation

It contains a number of provisions which have specific application to Northern Ireland to include powers to act for the protection of public health, provisions with regard to the holding of inquests, the use of video and audio technology in the courts, mental health and mental capacity, extension of time limits for retention of fingerprints and DNA profiles and investigatory powers.
