Belfast City Council Property Certificates – E-mail applications

 

Belfast City Council have advised that they have put in place temporary measures to allow solicitors to continue to apply for Property Certificates by email and have provided the Society with the following statement and forms:

“Due to the ongoing situation with the Covid 19 and the working limitations imposed we have put in place measures that will enable you, as solicitors, to continue to apply for property certificates via e-mail.

Attached is the editable PDF with current information as at time of writing. Please note that from 1st April 2020 the cost of Property Certificates have increased.

Please return completed applications to:-               propertycertificates@belfastcity.gov.uk

This is a temporary measure that has been put in place for the duration of the crisis only. The process will be reviewed and may change depending on our availability of staff and the wider demands across our Service and Belfast City Council.”
