This workshop will address how legal firms can build their brand supported by communications and marketing. In an era when many clients are dazzled when it comes to choosing the right legal advice, many professional firms are seeking support to raise awareness of the services they offer, within the constraints of the professional rules.

This session will advise on strategies to clearly understand your brand, how to position it, where to focus your energies, how to understand your existing and future markets, and how to engage with them. In simple terms the session will discuss your brand, how to raise awareness of it, locally and further afield, and how, through focused communications and marketing, you can achieve stand out.

The session will explore brand reputation and management given the scrutiny across all media platforms and how to manage the key communications risks alongside. Attendees can expect to learn about:
