looking for someone equally passionate about providing that help – someone who
can bring considerable legal experience and expertise to the board and provide
input on a wider range of ever changing issues, including our governance
structures to flex with our growth trajectory; interpreting contract law across
two jurisdictions; just helping to make sure our beneficiaries’ services remain
compliant in an ever-changing regulatory environment.
