NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Monday 4th November 2019

VENUE – Lecture Theatre, Law Society House
The Northern Ireland Commercial Property Lawyers’ Association (NICPLA) is holding its Annual General Meeting at the Lecture Theatre in Law Society House, Belfast on Monday 4th November 2019. The AGM will be held prior to the NICPLA seminar by Alan Riley.
NICPLA Membership – Please also find attached the NICPLA Membership Form for anyone who wishes to become a member of the Association or for those who wish to renew their membership for the forthcoming year which runs from 1st November 2019 to 31st October 2020.

Alternatively, the £50.00 seminar fee for the Alan Riley seminar which immediately follows the AGM on 4th November includes the £15.00 annual membership fee and booking a place on the course, and including your email address, will renew your annual membership for 1st November 2019 to 31st October 2020. Your email address will be stored on the NICPLA database in order to keep you advised of upcoming NICPLA seminars.

Alan Riley is a Solicitor and Property Law Consultant who provides
training information and consultancy services and property law matters to law
firms and in-house lawyers. Formerly he was a commercial property solicitor in
Eversheds, Manchester, a senior lecturer at the College of in Chester and a
property law consultant. He now presents seminars, contributes to legal
journals, provides in-house training, professional support and consultancy
services to law firms.
Registration,
a sandwich lunch and the NICPLA
AGM will take place at 12.00 p.m. in the Law Society Lecture Theatre prior to
the seminar which will commence at 12.30 p.m.
