DESCRIPTION:

This session will use worked examples to explore the implications of the Administration of Insolvent Estates of Deceased Persons Order (NI) 1991 including a step-by-step guide to the legislation and practical insight on how to handle estates in financial crisis from the perspective of executors, the deceased’s family, beneficiaries and creditors.

This session will be delivered by Maria Glover. Maria is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a Partner in Napier & Sons. She represents private clients before the Bankruptcy & Companies Master on a daily basis. With over a decade of experience in this specialised area of practice, Maria is widely recognised for her technical expertise.
