The majority of solicitors in Northern Ireland provide an efficient and professional service to the satisfaction of their clients. However, sometimes clients become dissatisfied with how the solicitors have dealt with their case and want to complain.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received or if you believe that they have not dealt with your concerns properly (or at all), the Law Society of Northern Ireland is authorised to investigate the complaint.
The Society has a 5 stage complaints process which will help you and the Society to process your complaint. If you are considering making a complaint it is very important that you follow each stage, as the Society will not be able to accept your complaint otherwise.
