Before contacting the Society please read the following information which will help you.

DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A SOLICITOR?

  • The Society has a thorough and an effective complaints process please click here to make a complaint
  • The Society will not respond to emails which are either a complaint or which seek advice on a specific issue because all complaints must follow the complaints procedure, including being in writing and supported by a postal address and an original signature.

DO YOU NEED LEGAL ADVICE?

  • The Society is not a legal advice centre and therefore cannot offer legal advice of a specific or general nature. If you have a legal query you need to consult with your own solicitor or simply click here to find a solicitor
